Why the Price Is Changing
As I’m sure you are aware, worldwide coffee prices are soaring and coupled with an increase in the farm gate price of milk announced in June, we are experiencing price increases across the board.
Since Dash opened in 2020, we’ve worked hard to give our amazing customers value for money on a superior product and have managed to keep it to only two small price increases. This next change reflects the rising costs while still keeping your experience top notch.
What’s Staying the Same?

The good news is that our small 8oz coffee size is remaining the same!!
However, in order to keep this price point we have made some changes to the recipe...
Previously, we have use a double ristretto of espresso coffee for the base, from Monday 14th July, we will be using a single espresso. It’s changing to bring you a richer, sweeter and more consistent experience.
Our goal is to extract more from our beans so you can taste the value in every cup. We’d expect your experience to be similar to before but if you like your coffee strong, definitely get the extra shot.
Although, you won’t be able to beat the price rise unfortunately as our extra shot is 50c.
But we feel this is still a win for everyone, we still get to keep our venue open to offer an amazing product, and for you to enjoy your daily coffee.
What’s Changing?
- Large (12oz) coffee will increase to $6.50 from Monday
For the large 12oz coffee size, this will see a larger increase than we had hoped. The base price will be increasing to $6.50 from Monday. For a long time we have kept this size at a price that is not sustainable. We have not taken this decision lightly, and to give you an insight, at the new price, the margins are the same as the small size at $5, that’s how much we have been subsidising our previous price point.
But....
Good News for Alt-Milk Lovers!!
We have worked hard with our premium supply partners and have managed to lock in our prices on alternative milks to avoid any price increases. They will remain the same at 50c extra.
